Deposit Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The booking spot is not officially secured until the deposit is received. For privacy and safety, the daycare address is shared with the client after the deposit has been received.
Example: a $215.00 booking total means a $64.50 deposit due before drop-off and a $150.50 remaining balance. Your deposit is always recalculated automatically if your total changes from add-ons, discounts, credits or an approved booking change.
Holiday rates
A little extra for the busiest days of the year
A $20 holiday surcharge per dog, per day is added to regular daycare and boarding rates on the holidays below. We confirm any surcharge before your reservation is finalized, so there are no surprises.
2026 holiday dates
- New Year’s Eve — December 31
- New Year’s Day — January 1
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day — third Monday in January
- Memorial Day — last Monday in May
- Independence Day — July 4
- Labor Day — first Monday in September
- Thanksgiving Day — fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Eve — December 24
- Christmas Day — December 25
For overnight boarding stays
The holiday surcharge only applies to the holiday date(s) that fall during your dog’s stay — not the entire reservation. For example, if your dog boards from December 23–27, the $20 surcharge applies to December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 25 (Christmas Day) only.
Holiday surcharges are added to your regular service rate and are non-refundable.

- Monday – Friday — 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday — 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Drop-off and pickup are scheduled within normal business hours.
Late pickup
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that a $10 late fee applies, plus $10 for each additional 30 minutes. If an overnight stay becomes necessary, the boarding rate may apply subject to availability.
Cancellations
Daycare: 24 hours' notice. Boarding: 72 hours' notice. Full policy details are on the FAQs & Policies page.
